All of them are good and bad, depends on the Surface to apply, \u00a0if it\u00b4s leather or sinthetic.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Transfer aplication are not mathematics, there are so many things that can affect.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>We personally recommend to use polyester paper, \u00a0is much resistant to temperatures and is much better with abrassion, \u00a0also the border line for the glue is almost invisible.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>The applying temperature \u00a0is 140-160\u00baC and 4\/6 seconds.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Sometimes is better to apply them in two times, first you fixed and peel off the paper protection and then in the second time you put a silicone paper on the top and iron it again.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Maybe 1 time is enough, you must try and check.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>That\u00b4s why we say that this tecnique is very particular.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>It is obvious that the storage of transfer papers is very important, far from heat and good temperature in the ware house to avoid melting before time.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Screen printing is required to do this job.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Time for sampling 2\/3 days. With the cost of the screen we include for free 100 pcs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Prices depens on how many colors do the tranfer have, the size and the quantity.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>In case our customers want to apply themselves the transfer, what we recommend them is to send us the material they are using, so we can make some trials and then send them the parameters for application.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Time for production 5 days.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>All brands that are shown in this panel, belong to the customers and it\u00b4s not posible to sell them to third parties without their express consent.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00bb4.9.10&#8243; custom_padding=\u00bb20px||\u00bb hover_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243; border_width_top=\u00bb3px\u00bb border_color_top=\u00bb#ec7414&#8243; sticky_enabled=\u00bb0&#8243;]<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>En este panel mostramos nuestra t\u00e9cnica denominada \u201ctransfer\u201d, se trata de usar la impresi\u00f3n en serigrafia sobre un papel para posteriormente aplicarlo como una calcamon\u00eda.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Tambi\u00e9n es posible la fabricaci\u00f3n de transfer digitales.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Se usan varios tipos de papel:<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>papel seco siliconado, papel pl\u00e1stico y tambi\u00e9n poliester. Cada uno tiene sus ventajas e inconvenientes depende de la zona de aplicaci\u00f3n y si es piel o sint\u00e9tico .<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>La aplicaci\u00f3n de transfer no es una ciencia cierta, influyen muchas variables.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>Nosotros recomendamos el uso de papel poliester pues aguanta \u00a0mejor la temperatura y el anclaje es m\u00e1s resistente , as\u00ed como la l\u00ednea de cola por alrededor es mucho m\u00e1s perfecta en este tipo de papel.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span>La temperatura de colocaci\u00f3n recomendamos 140-160\u00baC y 4\/6 segundos. Hay veces que es mejor prefijar primero con 2\/3 segundos, retirar el papel protector y posteriormente volver a planchar colocando un papel siliconado encima.
