• What we show in this panel is what we call it “transfer” , we use serigraphy tecnique on paper in order to apply it as a calcomanía.
  • Also digital transfers are posible.
  • We use different types of papers.
  • Dry silicone paper, plastic paper and polyester paper . All of them are good and bad, depends on the Surface to apply,  if it´s leather or sinthetic.
  • Transfer aplication are not mathematics, there are so many things that can affect.
  • We personally recommend to use polyester paper,  is much resistant to temperatures and is much better with abrassion,  also the border line for the glue is almost invisible.
  • The applying temperature  is 140-160ºC and 4/6 seconds.
  • Sometimes is better to apply them in two times, first you fixed and peel off the paper protection and then in the second time you put a silicone paper on the top and iron it again.
  • Maybe 1 time is enough, you must try and check.
  • That´s why we say that this tecnique is very particular.
  • It is obvious that the storage of transfer papers is very important, far from heat and good temperature in the ware house to avoid melting before time.
  • Screen printing is required to do this job.
  • Time for sampling 2/3 days. With the cost of the screen we include for free 100 pcs.
  • Prices depens on how many colors do the tranfer have, the size and the quantity.
  • In case our customers want to apply themselves the transfer, what we recommend them is to send us the material they are using, so we can make some trials and then send them the parameters for application.
  • Time for production 5 days.
  • All brands that are shown in this panel, belong to the customers and it´s not posible to sell them to third parties without their express consent.
